The decoiler also known as uncoiler or winder, it is designed according the weight, inner diameter and width of steel coils. It generally use for supporting coil and make the coil unreeling with a smooth way. The load capacity of decoiler from 3 Ton up to 20 ton. According to the different application, there are manual version, motor version, hydraulic version so on an. Here i introduce several common versions of uncoilers to you.

1.Manual decoiler:

It is the most used in the market with roll forming machine ,such as light keel roll forming machine, roofing panel roll forming machine and other simple roll forming machine. The mainly work is for supporting the coil. The capacity will from 1.5 ton to 10 ton.

2.Motor decoiler:

The motor decoiler will rotate itself by the motor drive. Usually, the width range is from 200 mm to 1600 mm, some are wider than this, need to customize if necessary.
It will work with the roll forming machine like manual decoiler, but the biggest advantage is that the motor decoiler could work with high speed machine like 20--60m/min.

3.Hydraulic decoiler:

The hydraulic decoiler could be designed with loading coil car and supporting arm , the capacity of hydraulic decoiler will be about 5 ton to 20 ton, which depends on actual demand.
It always work with heavy machine like High-speed guardrailway roll forming machine, slitting line and so on.
